As a small business fully operated by just two artists, please allow 5 business days to process your order. We will send an email within that time to let you know your order is on the way!
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
We currently offer the following options for domestic shipping:

| USPS Priority | 1-3 days* |
Available for orders above 3.5oz and less than 70lbs |
| USPS Priority Express | 1-2 days* | Available for orders above 3.5oz and less than 70lbs |
Shipping is free for orders over $200 via USPS Priority.
At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery on qualified items. Please visit our return and refund policy page for more information.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at jovie.staff@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
