Ichiba is back, baby!! Jovie is solo-hosting the second Ichiba that also happens to be the first summer Ichiba ever!!

Show your support for local geek artist by attending on 07/23/2023 and perusing the hand made, hand designed, and locally created works!

Date: Sunday, July 23rd 2023

Time: 11:00 am to 6:00 pm

Where: Egan Center - La Peruse Room, 555 W 5th avenue Anchorage, Alaska

Entry Fee: $5.00, kids 12 and under enter free!

What is Ichiba? Ichiba is a geek oriented craft marked! Imagine the artist alley from your favorite Alaskan pop culture, anime, video-game, or comic convention!

Can you cosplay? Of course!! While there aren't any additional activities at Ichiba we and the other vendors would love to see your cosplay! Cosplayers do get one (1) free raffle ticket with their paid entry as well!

What is in the raffle? Raffle winners will be called out at least every hour between 12pm - 5pm during the event with a final raffle prize at 5:30! The raffle contains blind boxes, a Jovie tote, and some donated items from vendors in attendance! Raffle entry tickets are sold it pairs for $5.00 but if you are in cosplay you get one for free with your paid entry!

Where is Senshi Con?

Senshi Con isn't participating in the hosting or planning of this Ichiba event as there focus is on planning... well, Senshi Con!

Isn't Ichiba a Senshi Con event?

Not necessarily, no! Birdee and Kindy approached Senshi Con for aide with running Ichiba because they had never ran an event before then. Now we have some experience under our belt and the confidence to bring you a great Ichiba!

Who is Jovie?

Jovie is us! A small art and apparel business founded in late 2022. You're already on our site so feel free to browse and discover who we are! Here's our about us page. You can also find us on Instagram and Facebook!

Is Ichiba a convention?

No, its not. Ichiba is a geek creator craft market! There are no events, panels, or contest. But we do have vendors! That personally was our favorite part of going to conventions and we really missed it through out covid. You can think of Ichiba as just the Artist Alley/Vendor Hall of a con.

Can I pay for entry now?

We are not offering early sales for the entry fee this time around. Entry can be purchased the day of the event via cash or card.

How can I help Ichiba thrive?

By going! Bring some friends, share a post, help people know! The thing about craft markets is that they're dependent on you guys to make it worth holding! Even if you can't make it to the event itself, sharing it with friends and family is still immensely appreciated.
